Part-Time | 15 hours per week, 3 days a week, Monday thru Friday

Wage: $16/hr

This position calls for a person with good bookkeeping skills utilizing Quick Books and general office management skills.


  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Deposits
  • Payroll
  • File and submit tax reports for all city, county, state, and federal agencies as required
  • Coordinate with our accountant
  • Print financial reports for board meeting and as requested by a board member


  • Answer phones and take messages for the board
  • Maintain and update files on every homeowner and property
  • Ordering supplies etc. as directed by the board
  • Create a monthly newsletter and calendar
  • Compose letters as directed
  • Filing
  • Attend board meetings, record the minutes, and publish
  • Create board-meeting agendas as directed by board members and post as required
  • Learn the CC&Rs, rules and bylaws of the River Oaks Homeowner’s Association
  • Interact with homeowners and visitors to the property in a friendly polite manner
  • Direct written complaints to the board of directors.
  • Additional duties as assigned
