Job Title: Office Support/Dispatch
Job Time Type: Full Time (30 Hours or More)
Job Description: This is a full-time position in a fast-paced local Heating and Air Conditioning office. Candidates need to have the ability to multi task, able to answer phones to schedule and have the ability to learn new software programs.
Responsibilities: greet and assist walk in clients, answer incoming to dispatch to technicians in real time, update appointment calendars and schedule and coordinate appointments for maintenance with vendors and clients. Able to perform other clerical duties as assigned by direct supervisor (faxing, copying etc.)
Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft office, basic copy, fax, scan, and telephone systems. Solid communication skills both written and verbal. must be organized and detailed oriented. Have reliable transportation.
Employer is willing to train on HVAC industry protocols, HVAC specific software, dispatching and other industry related items. If someone has Microsoft office experience that is a good base for training.
Salary does depend on experience and skill but would range from 14.00 to 19.00.
Minimum Salary: 14.00 Hour Maximum Salary: 19.00 Hour
Pay Comments: DOE (Depends on Experience)
