Overview

Assists members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments, as well as provide expertise with respect to Credit Union services such as IRA’s, certificates of deposit, home banking, etc.  Explains services, opens new accounts, responds to problems and directs members to the appropriate people.  Actively cross-sells products and services benefiting our members to achieve or exceed all established sales goals and assist in meeting the Credit Union goals.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Detail oriented and good organizational skills
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to learn and grow within the position and credit union
  • Excellent computer skills

Experience and Education

  • Customer service and/or retail experience is strongly preferred
  • 1-2 years of financial services or related experience preferred
