Overview
What We’re Looking For:
Clean driving record (required)
Strong customer communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a full-service route
Experience with termite inspections, rodent work, or exclusion services is a strong plus.
*Additional that are not required but will present a higher starting wage:
Active California Applicator or Branch 2 / Field Representative
Minimum 1–2 years pest control experience
Strong knowledge of structural pest control treatments and inspections
Ability to upsell and recommend corrective services
Responsibilities:
Service established residential and commercial routes
Perform detailed pest inspections
Identify structural issues and entry points
Apply treatments in compliance with California regulations
Recommend additional services when appropriate
Maintain accurate service documentation
Manage route efficiency and production goals
Maintain company vehicle and equipment
Compensation & Benefits
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on licensing and experience)
Commission and production bonuses
High earning potential for motivated producers
Company vehicle (possible opportunity to take-home for route technicians)
Paid continuing education and license renewal support
Advancement opportunities into senior technician or supervisory roles
Full-time, year-round work
