Overview
Job Summary:
The Production Assembler is responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and packaging operations.
Duties/Responsibilities may include:
- Complete builds; chassis, powertrain control modules, cable assembly, Rescue and PodRunner product lines
- Build subassemblies utilizing revision documentation, involving management and engineering team if deviation from processes is warranted
- Utilize company ERP system (Fishbowl/NetSuite) effectively
- Operate router table and chop saw
- Prepare product for weld/paint – rivnut install, grind/polish
- Utilize computers to run equipment, input data, and update inventory
- Prepare products for shipping; review QA, upload finished product photos, pallet/box prep
- Review production quality including observation of component part fit/finish, subassembly and finished product functionality through inspection
- Operate forklift (if necessary)

- Knowledge of CNC machining and electrical/instrument wiring a plus
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse/production experience preferred.
Possible obtainment of Forklift Certification (provided by Rescue 42)
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing.
Ability to wear proper PPE as required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
