What We’re Looking For
- Previous framing or construction experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of framing techniques, construction materials, and common framing nails is a plus
- Ability to identify different types of wood and construction materials
- Ability to efficiently assemble floor and wall panels
- Basic tablet/computer skills
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing work efficiently
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to develop new skills
- Ability to work well with a team and follow directions
About the Job
As a Production Framer, you will be responsible for efficiently assembling floor and wall panels while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Assembling floor and wall panels accurately and efficiently
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling framing materials
- Identifying different types of wood, construction materials, and framing nails
- Following plans, specifications, and production instructions
- Using tablets and other technology as required
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Meeting production schedules while maintaining quality standards
