Duties include answering phone calls and emails, maintaining and monitoring our website, marketing and promoting the Chamber to area businesses, scheduling daily social media posts, developing a weekly newsletter, drafting press releases and taking pictures for marketing purposes, organizing, promoting and managing Chamber events, assisting with preparing agendas and meeting materials for the Chamber Board, attending Chamber meetings and reporting to the Board, providing tourism information, track visitor data, and supply and re-stock Visitors Center information and retail racks and displays.

Must have experience working with the public.  Must possess strong organizational, computer and customer service skills and be responsive and able to do rapid research.  Knowledge of social media preferred.  Previous experience with marketing and/or event planning would be helpful but not required.


Minimum Education and Experience

Education Required: High School
Driver's License Required: Yes
