The RN assesses, plans, and implements the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting. Responsible for ensuring continuing of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct patient care as well as supervising the care given by the C.N.A.s  and supportive staff members. The RN participates in resident and family teaching while maintaining a role as resident advocate with focus on the facility’s mission.

Additional Application:

Must be currently licensed as a RN in the State of California. Must be CPR certified. At least 1-2 years related experience Completes annual education requirements. Maintain regulatory requirements. Exhibits genuine interest in and appreciation of adults in later years of life. Must demonstrate a maturity level that enables him/her to perform the job in a professional and organized manner.
