Job Duties:

  • Greets all customers coming into the agency in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Answer telephones, directing calls to proper persons and taking messages as needed
  • Takes messages off the answering service and distributes to the appropriate individual
  • Balances remittance report and reviews all entries for accuracy
  • Fills out deposit ticket insuring accuracy between report and cash drawer
  • Open and sort mail for agents
  • Handles and processes all returned mail as outlined in the Office Manual
  • Provide and verify general and non-technical information to inquiries over the telephone or in person
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms – places orders weekly or as needed
  • Take payments and provide receipt to customers in person or by phone
  • Handles Towing Process/ Bills/ Reimbursements as outlined in Office Manual
  • Certified Monitor Alarm Document Process as outlined in Office Manual
  • Processes and Handles sending in evidence for Good Student Discount as outlined in Office Manual
  • Offers cross-sell products at every opportunity
  • Make sure back doors are locked and lights are turned off, alarm set, and remittance is closed out daily
  • Maintains a Commission/Bonus statement each month and provides a copy to the office manager for approval
  • Always asks for referrals and thanks customers for their business
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
