Sales & Fulfillment Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Sales & Fulfillment Coordinator owns the execution of all active PodRunner opportunities from
the quote phase through order shipment. The primary goal of this role is to provide ongoing
communication between the internal sales team, the dealer and the customer, while ensuring order
timelines are executed and the customer has a positive experience during the purchasing process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Process orders from PO receipt to shipment
• Manage and track order acknowledgements with customers and dealers
• Monitor expected ship dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
• Work closely with field sales professionals (Regional Sales, OSR, & BD) to understand and assist
with sales activities and customer relationships
• Work with production on timelines and order fulfillment
• Communicate logistics of order with customer, dealers and internal production team
• Quote creation and follow up
• Maintain accurate customer files within Salesforce with all required information and activity
history
• Work to understand customers’ needs and determine customers’ requirements and expectations to
recommend specific products and solutions
• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers to support their needs
• Become an expert in the product line and develop the ability to answer most questions – knowing
when to transfer to other departments for support
• Participate in meetings and training opportunities to enhance and maintain product
knowledge

• Experience with or willing to learn Salesforce
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma and 2+ years sales experience (Bachelor’s Degree may waive required experience)
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15
pounds at times
Additional Requirements:
Upon offer acceptance, individuals must successfully submit to a background check, drug testing and
provide valid “right to work” documentation upon appointment.
