Rethink Industries was founded in 2019 and is located in the beautiful and rustic Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California. (It’s like a mini Tahoe, but without the tourists.) In the enchanting town of Quincy, CA. Quincy is known for its historical buildings, small town charm, and endless outdoor activities. Rethink Industries has taken full advantage of Quincy’s beautiful scenery by offering Equine therapy and other therapeutic exercises done in the great outdoors.

Rethink Industries’ purpose is to work with clients who are willing to work hard, confront their fears, and those who want to improve their overall quality of life. Our clients are referred and qualified through a variety of grants, private pay, and through private insurance. Rethink Industries believes in partnering with local agencies to increase services and reduce treatment gaps for the county. We want to eradicate the social stigma around mental health, counseling, and substance abuse treatment while rehumanizing our clients. We provide individualized, customizable mental health treatment and substance abuse counseling.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and strong counselors at our center in Quincy, CA. Our clinicians are responsible for gathering data, documenting problems and establishing course of treatment. Provides direct treatment services to patients and their family members.

Experience working with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
Run groups and lead treatment team meetings

Comply with HIPAA Privacy Laws
Creating and maintaining personal schedule
Gather and obtain knowledge as needed for patient care and treatment (example: grant requirements, insurance mandates, etc)
Execute tasks efficiently and timely
Maintain accurate documentation
Be direct and conduct congruent communication with staff and clients
