The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting patients on arrival to the clinics and controlling patient flow, informing guests of their wait time for their appointment, and guiding them to the designated exam room.  The host/hostess will direct seating to designated areas inside and outside the clinic building to ensure social distancing.   The host/hostess will also screen clinic employees, patients and guests for fever and/or respiratory symptoms upon entry into the clinics and directing them to appropriate waiting areas per protocol.   This position will report directly to the RHC Practice Manager.


Additional Application:

Hospital or Health Care-related experience preferred (1 year preferred.) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrates good reading and writing skills and effective verbal communication. Excellent public relations skills and adaptability required. Able to work well with the public and handle stressful situations in a calm manner. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
