Sales and Retail Image Associate
SUMMARY:
Support the Center Manager in all aspects of center operations and ensure achievement of revenue
projections. Able to perform all duties and functions of Sales and Customer Service Associate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a high level of orderliness throughout the center by following house-keeping standards that
meeting the standard operational requirements (OSR). - Contact 20 customers each day and maintain a daily log for customer satisfaction and to identify
additional need and services we can provide. Mail box customers (296) and Business customers (70). - Proactively engage customers in store and out of the store to market our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of orderliness throughout the center by following house-keeping standards that
meeting the standard operational requirements (OSR). - Consistently maintain and improve center imaging, impact zones and display areas in collaboration
with print manager. - Ensure that all center associates maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance according to
TUPSS standards at all times. - Accurately perform daily close out procedures, general ledger administration, bank deposits and other
accounting functions in accordance with Company policy and procedure. - Efficiently use TUPSS computer systems in support of communication, reporting and other business
requirements. - Perform all duties and functions of a customer service Associate as needed.
- Communicate with center manager regarding all areas of center operations you need support
Candidates must be willing and able to take and pass the California Notary Test.
