Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy help desk technician to be responsible for providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software.

As a help desk technician, you’ll be responsible for responding to email and phone queries and offering technical support to customers using computer systems, hardware, and software.

This is an entry-level part-time position with an opportunity to grow as you learn new skills on the job.

You must be able to work in-person at our office in Chico as well as travel to remote worksites on occasion.

Work hours are flexible but are generally between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This job does not require past experience – we are willing to train
