This is an exciting opportunity to get in at ground level with a dynamic company and work in the wine industry based in Nevada City, CA. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Office Administrative Professional with an outgoing personality that thinks outside the box. This position requires excellent organizational and time-management skills, adaptability and initiative. We are looking for someone who is excited to contribute to the success of the company by collaborating with others and promoting a productive atmosphere.
$500 signing bonus available to the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities:
· Order entry and management
· Order proofing and submission
· Respond to email and phone inquiries
· Handle incoming phone calls
· Sales team, office and marketing support
· Inventory management support
· Assistance with management of receivables and collections
· Database maintenance in Netsuite
· Inside sales support
Qualifications and Requirements:
· 2-3 years experience in an administrative position
· Advanced computer/office skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Netsuite (not required, but would be a plus).
· Proficiency in typing and 10-key skills. Office skills testing prior to hire is required.
· Ability to handle fast-paced, deadline-driven tasks
· Wine knowledge and experience preferred
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Strong level of customer service/Inside sales
Compensation:
· $20+/hour DOE
· $500 signing bonus available
· Medical/Dental/Etc. benefits package through ADP
· PTO offered
Schedule:
· 40 hours/week
· Monday – Friday
· 8:30 AM – 5 PM with 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Must be willing to undergo background check and office skills assessments
