Under general direction of the Executive Dean of the Nevada County Campus, the Supervisor, Student Services supervises, assigns, and provides support and services related to the Student Equity and Achievement Program (SEA). This includes, but is not limited to, access, orientation, counseling/advising, probation, and follow-up activities as they relate to outreach, retention and completion. This position assists in planning and implementing student equity and achievement for students from historically underrepresented communities and other groups; ensures compliance with Title 5, District and College policies as well as other applicable State, Federal laws and regulations; performs the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility; and ensures coordination and collaboration for the site’s campus student services with relevant district management.
