Qualified candidates must have a current, valid license to practice nursing. LVNs will administer medications, oversee detoxing clients, ensure that all medical processes and operations are followed, and document. The ideal candidate must be willing to undergo a drug screen, background check, TB and physical. We are currently filling 4 per diem LVN’S and 1 AM Nurse and 1 NOC Nurse. A $500 sign on bonus will be provided after a duration of time worked.

Description: The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for working closely with all staff and the Medical Director and following through with orders provided for patients at the facility. The LVN will obtain test results and check patient’s vitals on a set schedule. The individual will oversee the MedTech’s functions and performance while providing services to patients in detox from substance use or ensure any other medication regime from a physician is performed as they reside in treatment. The LVN will be responsible for checking patient’s withdrawal symptoms as well and reporting to the program director, or assignee, and medical director. As an LVN at the facility, you will monitor all patient administered medications throughout the day while keeping documentation for those patients. The documentation must meet the needs of the doctor as well as meet the standards of the state health codes. The LVN needs to record all medications, vital signs, and any information that will assist the doctor to make any important decisions.  You will be scheduled according to an alternative work schedule of 12-hour shifts, without incurring overtime. If you work over 12 hours in a day you will be paid double time.  If you work more than forty hours in a week you will be paid time and a half.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise other licensed and non-licensed staff in the day-to-day delivery of patient care.
Prepare and review medical records and nurses’ notes to evaluate the resident’s physical and emotional status.
Provide nursing care according to the Physician’s orders, care plans, established standards, policies and procedures.
Prepare and monitor patient administered medications as ordered by the physician in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
Sign, date and perform all charting, record keeping and care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Provide outstanding individualized resident care.


Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills
Expert communication skills and counseling abilities
Ability to coordinate with professionals from diverse backgrounds, working at distinct levels
