Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand awareness.
– Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
– Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and guidelines.
– Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
– Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; provide regular reports and actionable insights.
– Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and manage customer inquiries in a timely manner.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
– Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
– Experience with social media management tools.
– Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to create high-quality visual content (graphic design, video editing skills are a plus).
– Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong understanding of analytics and how they can be used to support long-term marketing objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
– Basic knowledge of web design and publishing.
