DESCRIPTION

Title: Table Games Dealer 1

Reports to: Table Games Manager

Location: Yreka, CA

Salary: Grade Level 1, depending on experience

Classification: Full-Time, Regular, Non-Exempt, Non-Entry Level

Summary:

Responsible for providing an entertaining, fun atmosphere to guests while dealing Table Games according to the game rules of the particular game being played.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet each guest individually and pleasantly.
2. Deal Table Games to guests according to the rules of the game being played.
3. Maintain an orderly table as well as an appropriate game speed in a courteous manner.
4. Determine winning and losing bets.
5. Pay winning bets and collect losing bets accurately according to appropriate odds.
6. Know Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs
7. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
8. Shall be polite and maintain a priority system in accepting other position related job duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be at least 21years of age.
2. High School Diploma or G.E.D.
3. Must complete and pass the Rain Rock Casino training course or have one (1) year external dealing experience.
4. Must be able to pass a live audition.
5. Must be able to pass a math test.
6. Must know and pass a dealer competency exam on all games required by management.
7. Must be able to operate basic equipment such as automated shufflers, etc..
8. Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
9. This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
10. Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
11. Must receive and maintain a valid high security gaming license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
12. Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process.
13. Must adhere to confidentiality policy
