Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Technical Support Analyst is responsible for the everyday workings of desktop equipment and peripherals, softwares, front-line user support, and help-desk tickets.

Call rotation required.


  • Create and manage user accounts and permissions to grant/revoke access to the network.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on systems to prevent unexpected failure.
  • Maintain inventory of computers and other equipment.
  • Maintain and resolve issues on LAN, VoIP telephone, Faxing, EMR systems connections.
  • Work and complete new deployments/installs of software and hardware across all of PDH.
  • Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems while considering compatibility factors.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
  • Endorse and apply upgrades to systems to ensure durability.
  • Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
  • Validate VPN access for remote users.
  • Upgrade and maintain desktop systems.
  • Support in testing and deployment of new applications and systems.
  • Follow-up on help desk incidents via email, phone and in-person.
  • Train and guide staff on hardware and software usage.
  • Research and data analysis in support of troubleshooting production issues.
  • Share in being scheduled for standby hours and be available to be called in during non-scheduled work time.
  • Other Duties as assigned.



Two years of relevant information technology experience.


  • High School Diploma desirable.
  • MS Windows certification is highly desirable.


  • Excellent organizational and communications skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products and Microsoft Windows.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and management of Windows domains.
  • Knowledge of VOIP technologies.
  • Excellent Hardware and Software troubleshooting skills.
