Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Office Manager with all accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing, including quarterly and annual tax filings.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • QuickBooks data entry
  • Assist with safety procedures and programs.
  • Make travel arrangements such as airfare, rental cars, and hotel accommodations for field crews.
  • Make copies and store essential documents and records.
  • Provide office support by fielding calls, answering questions, and forwarding messages.

Part-Time position. 8am- 1pm | Monday-Friday
