The Training/Personnel Development Officer will be responsible for organizing and developing in-house training programs and conducting a needs assessment of bank-wide training requirements. Five or more years of training/staff development experience preferred. Experience in planning and administering programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge to compete effectively and meet the organizations business objectives. Excellent computer and problem-solving skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
