What You’ll Do

– Receive purchase orders with details of upcoming deliveries

– Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule

– Completes deliveries by driving a company vehicle to and from the warehouse

– Track, order and restock warehouses in various locations throughout the state

– Prepare and arrange equipment for Technicians

– Check tools in and out

– Cleans and maintains warehouse and exterior of the building

– Always maintain current inventory availability counts and notify staff minimums levels are reached

– Maintain inventory and communicate to different departments of inventory status and whereabouts

– Maintain a safe and clean work environment

– Complete reports by entering the required information in database

– Main quality service by following organization standards, comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

– Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles, equipment, and tools. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

– Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

– Understand and maintains spreadsheets in excel and asset programs

– Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

– Valid drivers license

– Pallet jack & forklift experience (forklift certified is a plus)

– Great organization skills

– Open minded and flexible

– Good time management skills

– Honest and reliable

– Warehouse experience

– Friendly with excellent communication skills

– Team player and willing to learn

– Proficient in inventory data entry

– Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

Work Environment:

– Daily driving is expected.

– Physical Demands:

– The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is required to drive a vehicle.
